1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and submitting an application, the applicant agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
YUVA KAUSHALAYA provides:
- Consultancy
- Documentation Support
- Application Assistance
- Training Center Setup Guidance
- Skill Development Project Assistance
for institutions seeking affiliation with MSBSVET.
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Submission of an application or payment of service fees does not guarantee:
- Approval
- Affiliation
- Accreditation
- Recognition
by MSBSVET or any Government authority.
Final approval remains solely at the discretion of the concerned Government authority. (MSBSVET)
4. Applicant Responsibilities
The applicant shall:
- Provide accurate information
- Submit genuine documents
- Maintain required infrastructure
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Fulfill eligibility criteria prescribed by MSBSVET
5. Fees
Any consultancy, documentation, or processing fees paid to YUVA KAUSHALAYA(VIRAJ INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD) are separate from Government fees payable to MSBSVET or other authorities.
Government fees, if any, shall be paid directly through prescribed official channels.
If Student Registration Fees, Exam Fees changed by MSBSVET that will be applicable to the center without any prior notice .
6. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Text
- Graphics
- Logos
- Training Material
- Brochures
remains the property of YUVA KAUSHALAYA unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
YUVA KAUSHALAYA shall not be liable for:
- Delays in approval
- Rejection of applications
- Government policy changes
- Technical issues on Government portals
- Loss arising from inaccurate information provided by applicants
8. Compliance with Government Regulations
Applicants agree to comply with:
- MSBSVET Guidelines
- Government of Maharashtra Notifications
- Skill Development Regulations
- Applicable State and Central Laws
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- False information is submitted
- Fraudulent documents are detected
- Misrepresentation occurs
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the State of Maharashtra.
11. Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
